Privacy policy
The effective date of this privacy statement is February 19, 2026.
Our Dedication to Privacy
We care about your privacy. This privacy statement addresses data gathered via and associated with the Falgai website, [Falgai website], which is run by Falgai (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The terms "we" and "us" in this policy may also refer to dependable outside vendors that we occasionally work with to provide our services. These suppliers occasionally gather personal data on our behalf in relation to our goods and services; when they do, the data is treated the same as if it were data you give us directly, as explained below.
When you use our website and any associated applications, pages, services, programs, and brand activities, such as taking part in marketing campaigns, promotional events, or events, we treat your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. It is meant to assist you in comprehending our procedures and the options available to you about the collection and use of your personal data.
Links to external websites that are not run by Falgai may occasionally appear on our website (for example, vendors, suppliers, or service providers). The websites of those third parties adhere to their own privacy rules. We advise you to read the privacy notice, which is often located in the footer of any external website you visit. It's a good idea to review privacy policies on a regular basis because they can change.
Please carefully read our privacy statement.
The Information We Collect
Information gathered from users enables us to run and enhance our website and offer better support. When necessary to provide our services and for the commercial and operational purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, we may gather, use, disclose, transmit, and keep personal information, including your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and other such contact details. You might occasionally additionally divulge information that could be deemed sensitive (together with other personal data, or "personal information"), like specific financial information.
There are two primary methods by which we gather data:
data that you decide to supply; and
data that was automatically gathered.
- Data that you freely supply
The Falgai website is typically accessible without any personal information. However, in order to provide a service or finish a transaction you desire (such placing an order or getting in touch with assistance), some pages need personal information. We can also ask you to comment on our goods or services. It is not required to participate. In most cases, you won't be impacted if you choose not to supply specific information, but if it's necessary to fulfill an order or request, we might not be able to fulfill that service or complete the transaction.
- Data gathered automatically
Certain information, such as your IP address, device and operating system details, approximate location data, system type, and preference selections, may be automatically collected by our servers, logs, and related technologies as you use our website. You consent to the processing of the information gathered for the reasons outlined in this policy by using our website.
In order to remember choices, support features, present pertinent content (including advertising when allowed), and gather usage and analytics data, we also employ cookies and similar tracking technologies that are used by many websites. Cookies can be accepted or rejected. Although most browsers accept cookies by default, you can typically stop them by changing your browser's settings. Certain features of the website might not work correctly if you disable cookies.
Web beacons, cookies, and sharing tools
A cookie: what is it?
A cookie is a little text file that is stored on your device in order to identify a browser or device and gather data. Cookies enable websites to remember settings so you don't have to continually enter your choices and can be used to detect usage patterns. Session cookies, permanent cookies, and third-party cookies are examples of cookie kinds.
Web beacons: what are they?
To track activity, such as whether a site was read or an email was opened, a web beacon—typically a small transparent image—can be inserted into an email or on a webpage. Cookies and web beacons are frequently used together. We utilize this data to gauge traffic and enhance site performance. To improve the user experience on the website, we might also employ aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
A "Share" button: what is it?
You can use third-party platforms to share content on our website by using the "Share" capabilities. You might need to be logged into the appropriate platform in order to utilize these tools. Your login information for third-party sharing services is not collected by Falgai. The platform provider controls the extent of data collected by these technologies because they are administered by third parties. Services like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Google services, Gmail, and TikTok are a few examples. For further information, please see the privacy policies of each source.

Non-Discrimination
If a California consumer exercises any of their CCPA rights, the company will not treat them unfairly. If not allowed by the CCPA, the business will not:
Provide a different level or quality of goods or services, deny goods or services, charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including by offering discounts or other benefits, enforcing penalties, or implying that a California consumer might receive a different price or rate for goods or services, or a different level or quality of goods or services.
The company may occasionally provide certain financial incentives allowed by the CCPA, which could lead to variations in rates or quality standards. Any financial incentive granted under the CCPA must be properly related to the value of a California consumer's personal information and include written terms outlining the program's significant features. A California consumer's previous opt-in consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, is required to participate in any of the company's financial incentive programs.
