Things We Are Not Able to Return

For cleanliness and safety reasons, each Falgai box has a sticker that says "tamper seal." The goods can't be returned if the seal has been broken, lifted, torn, or taken off.

Items that cannot be returned include:

Any item that has been used or opened

Any box that has a damaged, missing, or broken seal Purchase orders that weren't made via www.falgai.com

Returns that are submitted without the order number and/or packing slip as evidence of purchase

"Final sale" items related to hygiene (e.g., clothing and shower filters, if applicable)

Purchases made with gift cards are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Ways to Return Unopened Items

Only unopened products that fulfill the following criteria are eligible for returns:

Deadline to seek a return: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to get in touch with us.

Shipping deadline following approval: You have 14 days from the time your return is accepted to ship the item or items back.

Product condition: Items that are returned must be unused, unopened, in their original packing, and with the tamper seal completely intact.

Proof of purchase: Your order number and/or packing slip, for example, must be included with your return.

Inspection rule: You will not be eligible for a refund if the returned item or items come unsealed, damaged, or without the seal.

Late returns: Refunds are not available for requests submitted after the 30-day deadline or for returns that are dispatched after approval.

Allergens: All of the ingredients are listed. Before using, please carefully read the entire ingredient list, especially if you have any allergies or sensitivities.

Return shipping: Since we are a new brand, we are unable to provide pre-paid return labels or cover shipping expenses.

U.S. regulatory note: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not reviewed any claims about the efficacy or safety of Falgai products. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA in the same manner that it assesses foods and medications.
