FAQs on Falgai Shipping
Falgai ship to every country?
Not quite yet. We are unfortunately unable to distribute to some locations due to destination-specific import rules. Falgai does not currently ship to Gibraltar, Mexico, Spain, or India. While we work to increase our coverage, please use our store locator in the meanwhile.
Does the shipping total include tariffs and customs fees?
Depending on where you live, there may be import requirements, taxes, and customs duties. The customer is liable for any customs-related taxes or delays (including packages held due to import regulations), and these expenses are not covered by the shipping amount paid at checkout. Shipments that are left unattended are not eligible for reimbursement.
Does delivery time differ from order processing?
Indeed. It will take one to three business days to verify, prepare, pack, and deliver your order to the courier. We will provide you a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility so you can monitor delivery progress.
If the package has already been dispatched, how can I update my address?
Don't be alarmed; it happens. Certain carriers (like UPS and USPS) might provide a package intercept/redirect option once the tracking indicates that the shipment is in motion.
What should I do if I won't be there to accept the delivery?
You can request a hold at the post office or an authorized pickup/access point until you can pick it up using the intercept option, if your courier allows it.
There is no movement, however my monitoring link indicates that a label has been created. My order is where?
Prior to the package being scanned into their system, the carrier may occasionally create a shipping label. The label for tracking may not begin updating for up to 48 hours after it is created. It's possible that the package is already with the carrier; it has just not been scanned. If nothing has changed after 48 hours, kindly get assistance from Falgai Customer Support.
I don't got the package, but the tracking indicates it was delivered.
Sometimes, the package may not be received for up to 48 hours following the delivery notification. If you want more specific delivery details, you can also get in touch with the carrier directly.
