Order Preparation Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be verified, processed, packed, and prepared for handoff to the courier. Once an order number is assigned, changes and cancellations are not available. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking is created.
Shipping transit time is separate from preparation time. Both occur during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after [2:00 PM — your local cutoff time] begin processing on the next business day. Fulfillment preparation may take 1–3 business days.
If you select Next-Day shipping, delivery occurs the next business day after the parcel ships. Example: an order placed on Saturday ships Monday and arrives Tuesday. Orders placed before the cutoff on Friday typically arrive Monday (not Saturday) because we do not ship on weekends.

What’s the difference between a subscription and a bundle?
A subscription is an ongoing, recurring order (usually monthly) that can help you save on items you use regularly.
A bundle means you’re purchasing more than one product together. Bundles can be bought as a one-time order or as a subscription.
Subscribing to a bundle may unlock tiered discounts the more items in your subscription, the more you save (up to 30%).
